Copton Becomes Global Supplier of Electric Drive Axle Oil for Bosch Group

Copton Technology, the first listed lubricant enterprise on China’s main board, has passed rigorous audits by Bosch Group and officially become a global supplier of electric drive axle oil for Bosch. This marks the first time a Chinese lubricant manufacturer joins the core global supply chain of top-tier automotive industry players.

Senior executives from Bosch headquarters in Germany recently visited Copton’s Industry 4.0 Smart Factory in Qingdao for in-depth inspections and technical reviews. The Bosch team highly praised Copton’s full-digital production system, strict quality control system and CNAS-certified R&D center. Both sides agreed to deepen cooperation across broader fields, with Bosch planning to bring Copton’s products to more global platforms.

Bosch operates one of the strictest supplier assessment systems worldwide. Copton stood out among international competitors thanks to forward-looking R&D on electric drive axle fluids. Its dedicated electric drive axle oil delivers leading performance in anti-wear, oxidation stability and material compatibility, tackling industry challenges including high rotating speed, high torque and copper corrosion for e-axles.

Equipped with DCS and MES systems, Copton’s smart factory realizes fully automated end-to-end production to guarantee consistent, traceable product quality.

As the global auto industry accelerates electrification, e-axles set new demanding requirements for lubricants.
